Without a doubt, the best professional team we have ever used. We started with one project, went to 2, then 3, then 4 projects. One built on the other and are perfect! Jose's team is a great group of people that know their job. Our house was made a new place all because of Jose and his pros! Inside, outside and a new type of epoxy floor - all without a hitch. The old saying of " you pay for what you get" is absolutely correct and we wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks to everyone that touched our home!

Jose is a very knowledgeable and professional young man. We were under a tight time line to get our Dads entire house painted inside. Jose came and gave us suggestions and an estimate and said the job would be done in a timely manner. His crew completed the job in just three days. I hired Bright Colors upon recommendation from my neighbor. Jose, the owner, was prompt to give me a quote to make drywall repairs in my stairway and repaint the entire stairway, including moldings, walls, and ceiling. Also to stain and seal oak wood molding that supports my new handrail system. Jose price was very competitive, and I hired him for my project. Jose and his helper performed efficiently and completed the job in one day. I was amazed of his talents. Very satisfied. I was so impressed I hired Jose to powerwash and seal my patio papers. Again another excellent job well done.

We live in a condo high-rise on North Hutchinson Island and wanted to retile and repaint our1700 Sq. Ft. unit. We made the choice to remove all of our home furnishings to storage. Of course, this is a huge undertaking and requires finding reliable and trust-worthy companies during each step in this process. Our painter, Alvarez Premier Painting was recommended to us by a Tile company in Vero Beach.Jose and his team are professional, expedient, attentive to details, and able to work within the rules and regulations set forth by our HOA. He patiently explained the process, and walked us through the process day by day. We were never rushed or felt pressured to make uncomfortable decisions without fully discussing the processes that he explained and eventually executed to bring this project to fruition. He is a very Patient and respectful man as are all of his staff.Everything we wanted done (and then some) was completed in a timely manner. The schedule and Price were always on target. He was even able to get us an upgrade on the paint (at no additional cost). You cannot go wrong with Alvarez Premier Painting. We will always recommend this painter to our neighbors and associates. Our Condo Looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

From small patch jobs (like wall repair after upgrading a thermostat) to large jobs (patching, replacing drywall and painting after repiping the whole house) the Alvarez team is meticulous in their perfect work product and the clean up. When I returned home from work after the last two projects, I wouldn’t have known they had been there but for the beautiful pristine walls. Prompt and dependable, you can’t beat Jose Alvarez.
