Without a doubt, the best professional team we have ever used. We started with one project, went to 2, then 3, then 4 projects. One built on the other and are perfect! Jose's team is a great group of people that know their job. Our house was made a new place all because of Jose and his pros! Inside, outside and a new type of epoxy floor - all without a hitch. The old saying of " you pay for what you get" is absolutely correct and we wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks to everyone that touched our home!
Jose is a very knowledgeable and professional young man. We were under a tight time line to get our Dads entire house painted inside. Jose came and gave us suggestions and an estimate and said the job would be done in a timely manner. His crew completed the job in just three days. I hired Bright Colors upon recommendation from my neighbor. Jose, the owner, was prompt to give me a quote to make drywall repairs in my stairway and repaint the entire stairway, including moldings, walls, and ceiling. Also to stain and seal oak wood molding that supports my new handrail system. Jose price was very competitive, and I hired him for my project. Jose and his helper performed efficiently and completed the job in one day. I was amazed of his talents. Very satisfied. I was so impressed I hired Jose to powerwash and seal my patio papers. Again another excellent job well done.

We live in a condo high-rise on North Hutchinson Island and wanted to retile and repaint our1700 Sq. Ft. unit. We made the choice to remove all of our home furnishings to storage. Of course, this is a huge undertaking and requires finding reliable and trust-worthy companies during each step in this process. Our painter, Alvarez Premier Painting was recommended to us by a Tile company in Vero Beach.Jose and his team are professional, expedient, attentive to details, and able to work within the rules and regulations set forth by our HOA. He patiently explained the process, and walked us through the process day by day. We were never rushed or felt pressured to make uncomfortable decisions without fully discussing the processes that he explained and eventually executed to bring this project to fruition. He is a very Patient and respectful man as are all of his staff.Everything we wanted done (and then some) was completed in a timely manner. The schedule and Price were always on target. He was even able to get us an upgrade on the paint (at no additional cost). You cannot go wrong with Alvarez Premier Painting. We will always recommend this painter to our neighbors and associates. Our Condo Looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

Jose and his team did an amazing job with the exterior painting of my house! They are all hard-working, neat, professional and communicate well. Their attention to detail hand painting my two color house was awesome and their workmanship can’t be beat. Weather issues constricted spraying. Cut ins are perfect! Cleanup at the end of the day was immaculate. Jose was great to work with and I feel like I am in a new house every time I drive up or step outside! I highly recommend them.

Our experience with Álvarez Premier Painting was genuinely amazing. I had five very large planters in front of the house that I wanted painted the same color as the shutters. I thought I would have to move them out of the landscaped area for them to do it. First thing they did when they arrived was very carefully move them out of the landscaped area onto tarps on the grass where they prepared them for painting & painted them perfectly. Jose & his team were exceeding organized, very courteous, exceptionally conscientious & the result was an absolutely fantastic paint job. Highly recommend!!!

They did a great job on my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They also did some of the walls in the kitchen. I plan to use them for painting the interior walls in my house as well. They come in and do a great job, work quickly and neatly, and they clean up I would highly recommend them.
Alvarez Premiere Painting did a fantastic job! Jose and his team worked non-stop; they were meticulous, courteous, timely, and efficient. From the kind and respectful etiquette that Jose himself showed; his team also displayed the same work ethic and courteous attitude. Jose communicated throughout the projects and workday so that I was aware of progress covering the details. This is the second time I utilized Alvarez Premiere Painting because of their high-quality work and professionalism. The first time, along with drywall repair and painting my entire condo, they did a wonderful job removing the popcorn ceiling. The second project included extensive drywall and trim repair and replacement, along with painting. Both projects included quite a bit of preparation to keep the floors clean and to make sure furniture didn’t get covered with dust or paint. It’s evident they really care about their work. They were on time, worked very hard, and before leaving for the day, ensured everything was cleaned up. From the beginning, the quote, work, and details were explained clearly and followed through. Both jobs were fairly priced, on time and completed as promised. I highly recommend Alvarez Premier Painting to anybody in need of an all-around excellent crew that makes one of the hard parts of homeownership a bit easier.
