Alvarez Premier Painting did wonderful job painting the interior of my condo. I was extremely pleased with their competitive price for my painting project. My walls were banged up, so they repaired them prior to painting. Impressed with their cleaning up their workspace each day, to restore my normal use of my condo each evening. They were prompt with arrival each morning. Their attention to details, made my painting experience worry free. I would definitely recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.
An EXCELLENT job! We asked Jose to paint the entire exterior of our almost 20-year-old home, which had been painted only once before. The estimate was given quickly and was fair and accurate; the prep (including pressure washing and protection of windows, fixtures, and outdoor furniture) was exceptionally well-done; and the crew was on time, hard-working, very detailed, and didn't miss a thing! Looks like new!
Jose was a pleasure to work with. I had a piece of furniture that required painting. Jose and his workers showed up early and prepped the area and sprayed my cabinet. It looks brand new. The workers were clean and neat and even carried the piece into the room I wanted to place it. I highly recommend Jose for any painting job you need.

Alvarez Premier Painting did a top quality job painting the exterior of my home. I interviewed three painting companies, but Jose Alvarez, from Alvarez Premier Painting, gave me a detailed explanation of the entire painting process. The step by step process included pressure washing, sealing, caulking, two coats of paint on walls/trim, and cleanup. They removed all the gutters and light fixtures and replaced them after painting. No detail was ignored. Jose and the crew were respectful, on time, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them. I'm glad I chose Alvarez Premier Painting.

Jose and his team painted every square inch of the interior of our home. Ceilings, crown molding, cabinets, closets, walls and doors. They did a superb job that included moving furniture, removing TVs and large paintings from the wall, fire detectors, and replacing them. Our home looks so much nicer than when we bought it new 8 years ago. They were organized and efficient, incredibly detailed oriented, and delightful to interact with. Alvarez Premier Painting offers incredible value for the price they charge.

Without a doubt, the best professional team we have ever used. We started with one project, went to 2, then 3, then 4 projects. One built on the other and are perfect! Jose's team is a great group of people that know their job. Our house was made a new place all because of Jose and his pros! Inside, outside and a new type of epoxy floor - all without a hitch. I hired Bright Colors upon recommendation from my neighbor. Jose, the owner, was prompt to give me a quote to make drywall repairs in my stairway and repaint the entire stairway, including moldings, walls, and ceiling. Also to stain and seal oak wood molding that supports my new handrail system. Jose price was very competitive, and I hired him for my project. Jose and his helper performed efficiently and completed the job in one day. I was amazed of his talents. Very satisfied. I was so impressed I hired Jose to powerwash and seal my patio papers. Again another excellent job well done.

We live in a condo high-rise on North Hutchinson Island and wanted to retile and repaint our1700 Sq. Ft. unit. We made the choice to remove all of our home furnishings to storage. Of course, this is a huge undertaking and requires finding reliable and trust-worthy companies during each step in this process. Our painter, Alvarez Premier Painting was recommended to us by a Tile company in Vero Beach.Jose and his team are professional, expedient, attentive to details, and able to work within the rules and regulations set forth by our HOA. He patiently explained the process, and walked us through the process day by day. We were never rushed or felt pressured to make uncomfortable decisions without fully discussing the processes that he explained and eventually executed to bring this project to fruition. He is a very Patient and respectful man as are all of his staff.Everything we wanted done (and then some) was completed in a timely manner. The schedule and Price were always on target. He was even able to get us an upgrade on the paint (at no additional cost). You cannot go wrong with Alvarez Premier Painting. We will always recommend this painter to our neighbors and associates.
